Taste on Your Palate, Nature in Your Life…

Hello, I'm Nermin,

I come from one of the oldest farming families in Çukurova.

My family, the people of this region and I owe a great deal to this land and to the abundance it offers. I kept asking myself: "How do we repay this debt? What can I do? How can I contribute?" The most sensible answer was to protect the goodness of the fruit we were already growing, so that it could be enjoyed far longer. So I built a platform around that idea — and changed my life.

The first fruit of my new life was vinegar. Vinegar is the healthiest, finest and most beneficial way to extend the life of fruit. And so we began producing vinegar — but it wasn't enough. There had to be other ways to preserve the goodness and the flavour of the fruit gifted to us by the Taurus Mountains and by the fertile soils of Çukurova, lands that have inspired novels and films. Because fruit grown through good agricultural practices and natural methods deserved nothing less. I read, I researched, I worked with experts in the field — and then I set up a fruit-drying facility and started producing dried fruit.

That is how Alta Naturel was born. It is also the story of how I turned my own life into a healthier one.

I would love this to become our shared story of nature, health and taste… If you'd like to try our products and talk about what we might do together, simply send us your address.

With warm regards,

Nermin Nacaroğlu
